Learn to Stand Up Paddleboarding at Mylor
Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) continues to be one of the world’s fastest growing watersports. It provides a unique way to explore the coast or inland waters and we’ve found it has something to offer everyone, whatever your age and skill.
Paddleboarding enables you to get out on the water and have fun with your friends, improve your fitness and master new skills. It can also help you to unwind and get closer nature.
Mylor Harbour and the river Fal are ideal for learning and participating in this growing sport. The sheltered coves and harbour provides an easy launch spot and is ideal for practising close to the shore.
We provide all equipment, including a full wetsuit and buoyancy aid, and have changing room facilities with showers, a cafe and shop all within the harbour.
All our instructors are British Standup Paddleboard Association (BSUPA) qualified. BSUPA aims to protect and promote the sport of paddle boarding in the UK by providing safe entry routes and sustainable ongoing club activities for SUPers, alongside quality and participation-rich events for all abilities.
